- 50g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp flour
- 300g strawberries
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
Instructions
- Make pastry and chill.
- Line tart tin.
- Prepare almond cream.
- Fill shell.
- Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool fully.
- Top with strawberries.
- Brush glaze and serve.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries. Cool tart before decorating. Chill before serving for clean slices.
