Fresh spinach basil pesto made with garlic, nuts, Parmesan, olive oil, and lemon juice. A vibrant green sauce perfect for pasta and everyday meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry greens.
  2. Blend spinach, basil, garlic, nuts.
  3. Add Parmesan.
  4. Slowly add olive oil.
  5. Season with lemon, salt, pepper.
  6. Adjust taste and serve.

Notes

Toast nuts for richer flavor. Add olive oil slowly for smoother texture. Store in fridge with olive oil layer on top.
