Ingredients

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry greens.
- Blend spinach, basil, garlic, nuts.
- Add Parmesan.
- Slowly add olive oil.
- Season with lemon, salt, pepper.
- Adjust taste and serve.
Notes
Toast nuts for richer flavor. Add olive oil slowly for smoother texture. Store in fridge with olive oil layer on top.
