Instructions
Cut cabbage into 1/8-inch slices, working from core outward
Grate carrots using a box grater
Rinse and pat dry vegetables with towels
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and salt until smooth
Add dressing to vegetables in a large bowl
Adjust vinegar or mustard to taste
