- 250g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 225g cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 400g fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon warm water
Instructions
- Mix biscuit crumbs, butter, and sugar.
- Press into tart pan and chill 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Fill chilled crust and smooth top.
- Arrange strawberries on top.
- Brush with jam glaze.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Chill thoroughly before slicing. Make ahead for easier serving. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
