Ingredients
12 oz dark chocolate (60-70% chocolate, chopped)
1 cup crushed nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 can (14 oz) full-fat condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for depth)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Set large glass bowl in freezer for 15 minutes
Chop dark chocolate into ½” pieces while bowl chills
Melt chocolate at 85-90°F without water, stirring continuously
Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and optional cocoa powder
Stir in condensed milk until mixture becomes glossy
Transfer half to silicone mold
Top with crushed nuts
Pour remaining mixture over nuts
Dust surface with extra cocoa if desired
Chill for 4 hours until firm
Notes
Use glass bowl for even heat distribution
Tap mold to remove air bubbles after pouring
Monitor chocolate temperature—do not exceed 95°F
Freezing the bowl prevents chocolate from seizing
Room-temperature chocolate may thicken as it reaches 92°F
Optional cocoa powder adds visual appeal and flavor depth
