- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Stir in hot coffee.
- Pour into pans.
- Bake 30–35 minutes.
- Cool and frost if desired.
Notes
Batter will be thin—this ensures moist texture. Do not overbake. Coffee enhances chocolate flavor. Store covered up to 4 days.
