- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp mint, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry all berries.
- Slice strawberries.
- Add berries to a large bowl.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, and zest.
- Pour dressing over fruit.
- Toss gently.
- Fold in raspberries last.
- Add mint and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh. Chill before serving for extra refreshment. Add yogurt or granola for breakfast.
