Fresh Mixed Berry Fruit Salad made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries tossed in a light honey lemon dressing. Quick, healthy, colourful, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all berries.
  2. Slice strawberries.
  3. Add berries to a large bowl.
  4. Mix honey, lemon juice, and zest.
  5. Pour dressing over fruit.
  6. Toss gently.
  7. Fold in raspberries last.
  8. Add mint and serve.

Notes

Best served fresh. Chill before serving for extra refreshment. Add yogurt or granola for breakfast.
