Ingredients

  • 200g cherries (pitted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 240ml milk
  • 60g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease ramekins.
  3. Add cherries to each.
  4. Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt.
  5. Add flour and mix smooth.
  6. Pour batter over cherries.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Use ripe cherries for best flavor. Let rest after baking for perfect texture. Serve warm with powdered sugar.
