- 200g cherries (pitted)
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 240ml milk
- 60g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease ramekins.
- Add cherries to each.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt.
- Add flour and mix smooth.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake 25–30 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use ripe cherries for best flavor. Let rest after baking for perfect texture. Serve warm with powdered sugar.
