Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry basil leaves.
- Lightly toast nuts.
- Blend basil, garlic, and nuts.
- Add yogurt, oil, parmesan, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth but slightly textured.
- Season to taste.
- Store in a jar and refrigerate.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor. Do not overblend. Add lemon juice for brightness. Store with a thin layer of olive oil on top to preserve freshness.
