- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides.
- Place bread in the pan and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Cook until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
Use slightly stale bread for best results. Add nutmeg or extra cinnamon for more flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in a pan or toaster.
