Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar; press into a pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  7. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
  8. Pour filling over crust.
  9. Bake for 50–60 minutes until slightly set.
  10. Cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  11. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
