- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar; press into a pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until slightly set.
- Cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth filling. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks. Chill overnight for best results. Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
