Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits.
  2. Slice fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add all fruits into a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle lime juice over the fruit.
  5. Add honey if desired.
  6. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves.
  7. Toss gently and serve fresh or chilled.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add banana just before serving to prevent browning. Chill fruits beforehand for extra freshness. Customize with seasonal fruits.
