- 300g fresh cherries, pitted
- 3 large eggs
- 100g sugar
- 250ml milk
- 60g gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
- Arrange cherries in dish.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Add milk, vanilla, and butter.
- Mix in flour and salt.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake until golden and set.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use ripe cherries. Do not overbake. Serve warm or at room temperature. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
