Instructions

Dip chicken in egg wash
Press bread-crumb mix (panko + parmesan) onto both sides
Melt butter and sauté garlic cloves until fragrant
Fry chicken at 360°F until golden (6-8 mins)
Drizzle garlic butter glaze over cooked bites
