- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g unsalted butter
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Do not overbake to keep the center soft and fudgy. Serve warm or at room temperature.
