- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 kiwi
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 2 cups grapes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Prepare all fruit.
- Combine in bowl.
- Mix honey, lime juice, and zest.
- Pour over fruit.
- Toss gently.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- Serve with mint.
Notes
Best served fresh. Use seasonal fruits. Store up to 2 days in fridge. Add mint just before serving.
