- 2 apples, chopped
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 orange, segmented
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash and chop all fruit.
- Slice and prepare all ingredients.
- Add all fruit except banana into bowl.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, orange zest.
- Pour dressing over fruit.
- Gently toss together.
- Add banana before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
Add bananas just before serving. Chill fruit beforehand for extra freshness. Swap fruits depending on season.
