Ground Beef 1 lb (450g)
Shredded Cheese 2 cups (200g)
Tortillas 12 small (10 cm)
Tomato Salsa 1 cup
Instructions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Arrange tortillas in 4 rows of 3
Add 1/2 cup cheese per tortilla
Cook beef with taco seasoning, drain fat
Spoon 2 tbsp meat onto each tortilla
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until golden
Notes
Pre-warm tortillas for 5 minutes
Use parchment to prevent burning
Add toppings after baking
Option: Replace beef with black beans
Optional: Use nacho cheese for smokier flavor
Serve with avocado crema, cucumber agua, or jalapeño salsa
