- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 peaches
- 1 mango
- 2 kiwis
- 1 cup watermelon
- 2 tbsp mint
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- Wash and prepare fruit.
- Slice strawberries, peaches, kiwi, mango.
- Add all fruit to bowl.
- Mix berries gently.
- Add mint.
- Mix honey, lime juice, zest.
- Drizzle over fruit.
- Fold gently.
- Rest 10–15 minutes.
- Serve fresh.
Notes
Use ripe seasonal fruit. Keep dressing separate if storing. Best served fresh and chilled.
