A refreshing Colorful Summer Fruit Salad made with seasonal fruits, honey, lime, and mint. Light, healthy, and perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 mango
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 2 tbsp mint
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare fruit.
  2. Slice strawberries, peaches, kiwi, mango.
  3. Add all fruit to bowl.
  4. Mix berries gently.
  5. Add mint.
  6. Mix honey, lime juice, zest.
  7. Drizzle over fruit.
  8. Fold gently.
  9. Rest 10–15 minutes.
  10. Serve fresh.

Notes

Use ripe seasonal fruit. Keep dressing separate if storing. Best served fresh and chilled.
