Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour.
- Pour into crust and smooth top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until center is slightly wobbly.
- Turn off oven and cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for best texture. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks. Chill overnight for best flavor and structure. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
