- 2–3 garlic cloves

Instructions
- Add pine nuts and garlic to food processor and pulse.
- Add basil leaves and pulse again.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
- Add Parmesan cheese and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Adjust taste and serve immediately or store.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor. Add olive oil slowly for creamy texture. Toast pine nuts for deeper taste. Store with a thin layer of olive oil to keep fresh.
