- 400g fresh cherries
- 3 large eggs

- 200ml milk
- 100ml cream
- 100g plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
- Spread cherries evenly in dish.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Add milk, cream, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and salt until smooth.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake until golden and set.
- Cool slightly and dust with sugar before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake. Use fresh cherries for best flavor. Serve warm or at room temperature. Add extra cream when serving if desired.
