- 1 cup cherries
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Butter for greasing
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter dish and spread cherries.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Add milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix in almond flour and flour.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
Notes
Do not overbake for a soft center. Use fresh or frozen cherries. Best served warm. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
