Ingredients

- 300g cherries
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 120ml milk
- 60ml cream
- 80g flour
- 30g ground almonds
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease baking dish and add cherries.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Add milk, cream, vanilla, almond extract.
- Mix in flour, almonds, salt.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
Notes
Use fresh cherries for best flavor. Do not overmix. Let clafoutis cool slightly before serving. Dust with icing sugar if desired.
