Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add greens and garlic to processor
  2. Blend with nuts
  3. Add cheese
  4. Slowly add olive oil
  5. Season and serve

Notes

Add olive oil slowly. Do not overblend. Toast nuts for deeper flavor.
