Ingredients
Crushed graham crackers 1 1/2 cups
Melted butter 1/3 cup
Cream cheese 16 oz
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Sliced strawberries 2 cups
Chocolate sauce 1 cup
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into crumbs using a food processor.
Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined and slightly damp.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before adding the filling.
Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar and continue beating until fully incorporated.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top carefully.
Top with defrosted strawberries.
Drizzle melted chocolate sauce over the strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use gluten-free graham crackers if preferred.
Non-whip cream can be used if fresh whipped cream is unavailable.
Frozen strawberries work—defrost thoroughly before layering.
Vanilla extract can be replaced with almond extract for a twist.
